1. Information We Collect
When you register for an account, purchase a service, or contact our support team, we collect personal data that is strictly necessary for the provision of our hosting services. This may include, but is not limited to: your full name, email address, physical billing address, telephone number, payment method details, and IP addresses used during the registration and authentication process.
2. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds: (a) Performance of a Contract: to provide you with the servers and services you have ordered; (b) Legal Obligation: to comply with tax and accounting laws; (c) Legitimate Interest: to detect fraud, prevent network abuse, and ensure the security of our infrastructure.
3. Data Retention
Your personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Customer account data is kept for the duration of the service contract and for a period of up to 5 years thereafter to comply with European statutory accounting and tax obligations. Server logs, network diagnostics, and temporary telemetry data are automatically purged after 30 days unless required for an ongoing abuse investigation.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted infrastructure partners (such as payment gateways and colocation data center security personnel) strictly for the purpose of operating our services. All third-party processors are bound by strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
